Shipping and Return Policy
1. Delivery costs
Luxembourg - Free shipping
Europe - standard shipping fee - 5 Euro
Europe - free delivery for purchases exceeding 500 Euro
Outside Europe* – worldwide standard shipping fee – 10 Euro
*The worldwide standard shipping fee does not include any costs associated with import or custom fees.
Please note that online purchases with a delivery address outside the European Union can be subjected to import duties, fees and local taxes levied by the destination country and could be charged. Each country has different rules for import and custom fees so we advise you to contact your local customs office for further information and a cost estimate before placing your order. As we do not have any control over theses charges and we cannot advise on their amount, you will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
The delivery costs applicable to your order will be clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order and are included in the "TOTAL" amount shown on the order summary page.
2. Delivery times
Within Europe 1 – 4 business days
Outside Europe 4 – 6 business days
After your order has been accepted and processed you will receive a tracking code by e-mail in order for you to follow your package on its way to you.
In case your online order does not meet your expectations, you will always have the possibility to return it to us within 14 days after delivery.
All items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed and with all brand tags attached. The items must be sent back with its original packaging.
You can send your items back in any safe and secure sealed package, but the items must be protected and therefore undamaged upon return to us. Ideally the package is returned in the box that it was sent in.
When returning an item include the filled our return form to the package. Place the return-sticker with our address on the package and go to your local postal service to have it shipped.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method and will normally appear within 10 business days after the products have been received and quality checked by us.
Shipping fees will be excluded from your refund, unless the item is faulty or if you received the incorrect item. Note the refund timing also depends on the processing time of your payment provider.
